Multitest instead of UPE: registration of applicants begins today

Today, May 20, registration begins for the National Multidisciplinary Test, which this year replaces the UPE. It will last until June 7.

This was reported by the Minister of Education and Science Sergey Shkarlet in the air of the telethon.

"Until June 7, inclusive, the stage of confirmation of participation in the test will continue. Those who cannot register from May 20 to June 7 will not be able to participate in the main session, then from June 21 to July 7 there will be registration for additional sessions," said Shkarlet.

This year, because of Russia's war against Ukraine, the 2022 admission campaign will include a national multi-subject testing (MST), which will be conducted in a computerized format instead of the traditional UPE.

This exam will contain three blocks of tasks: Ukrainian language, mathematics and history of Ukraine.

Earlier, the schedule of tests was published by the MES. So, it will be held in three sessions:

main: July 18 - August 10;

Additional: August 16 - 20;

Special: September 12-16.

Earlier, Ukraine adopted the list of cities where the national multi-subject test will be held, namely in Kiev and 20 other regions.

However, this list is not disclosed because of possible dangers.
