President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky in his overnight address announced the de-occupation of 1015 settlements of Ukraine.
We continue to restore the de-occupied territories of Ukraine. As of today, 1015 settlements have already been de-occupied, which is an increase of six over the past 24 hours. We are returning electricity, water, communications, transportation, and social services," the President noted.
The head of state noted that he remembers every city and every community that is still under occupation.
"Kherson, Melitopol, Berdyansk, Energodar, Mariupol and all cities and towns of Donbas... The gradual dismissal of Kharkiv proves that we will not leave anyone to the enemy," the President said.
The head of state noted that they do not stop rescuing people from Mariupol and Azovstal.
"There are currently very difficult negotiations on the next stage of the evacuation mission - the removal of seriously wounded people, medics. We are talking about a large number of people. Of course, we are doing everything we can to evacuate everyone else, every one of our defenders and protectors. We have already engaged everyone in the world who can be the most influential mediators for appropriate negotiations," Zelensky added.
