The AFU special operations forces destroyed a tactical group of invaders, from the town of Shali in Chechnya, during an attempted assault in the Donetsk region. This information was published on the official Facebook page of the General Staff of the AFU.
"Meet: soldiers of the 1st Battalion Tactical Group of the 70th Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 42nd Motorized Rifle Division and the 58th Army of the Southern Military District. The place of deployment of this unit is the city of Shali. This pile of mutilated bodies is only part of the battalion tactical group that the Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed during the storming of a number of settlements in the Donetsk region," the AFU General Staff indicated, distributing the media and indicating that the photo is 18+.
According to the General Staff, "the commander of the BTGr together with his chief of staff were liquidated during the shelling in their BMP-3. Of all the people in that vehicle, only sergeant Magomedov temporarily survived. Our soldiers found him, burnt, silent and almost dead.
"Note that the destroyed unit included many participants in the massacre of Syrian civilians. As it turned out, the experience of war with defenseless people did not help the Russians in the encounter with our defenders," the General Staff noted.
"Turning healthy occupants into the dead was possible thanks to the clear interaction of soldiers of the Defense Forces of Ukraine. Having worked out the tasks in the specified area, the soldiers of the Special Operations Forces began to carry out new tasks," the General Staff of the AFU noted.
It should be noted that the losses of the Russian occupants, since the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the Russian Federation, in Ukraine have already reached about 19.5 thousand people, 725 tanks, 154 aircraft and hundreds of units of other military equipment, the General Staff of the AFU reported.
