French President Emmanuel Macron said Friday that France is "gathering evidence" against "Russian war crimes in Ukraine when the abuse of civilians is attributed to Russia, which denies it."
"Even taking the maximum precautions I have to take as head of state, I can say that these are war crimes by the Russians," Emmanuel Macron confirmed on the social network Brut.
Macron added that French "gendarmes and magistrates" were sent to help the Ukrainians.
We note that France said that we should go further and ban Russian oil.
