Despite the fact that since February 24, the command of the Russian Armed Forces has only twice announced personnel losses, the enemy continues to suffer losses during combat operations in Ukraine, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
"Despite the so-called "official" Russian number of losses periodically becomes known about the losses of individual units and divisions of the occupants. According to available information, losses of the 20th Motorized Rifle Division (Kamishin, Volgograd Region) of the 8th All-Arms Army of the Southern Military District, in particular: The 33rd, 255th and 294th Motorized Rifle Regiments, which have returned to their permanent bases, lost 40% of their personnel, armament and military hardware. As a consequence - a significant part of servicemen who managed to return, are trying to resign", - is indicated in a message on Facebook.
In addition, the medical institutions of the Russian Federation and Belarus are unable to provide treatment for the large number of Russian servicemen wounded on the territory of Ukraine. Thus, the medical personnel of the central district hospital in Glushkovo, Kursk Oblast, were put on heightened alert. This is due to the fact that from March 29 to April 2, about 100 wounded occupants were admitted to this medical institution from the territory of Sumy Region.
In the town of Izyum, due to significant losses of personnel of the units of the 237th Tank Regiment and the 752nd Motorized Rifle Regiment of the 3rd Motorized Rifle Division, the invaders were forced to equip a field hospital in the premises of a local school.
In the temporarily occupied territories of Zaporizhzhia region in the town of Polohy, soldiers of the Russian Armed Forces seized and mined the internal territory of the central district hospital. The staff and patients were warned not to return to the hospital. The wounded occupants remained on the premises of the hospital.
"The Russian military administration is trying to compensate for the losses of officers at the expense of the officers of higher military educational institutions. According to available information, the military communications academy in St. Petersburg is urgently training officers to fill their positions in combat units.
The situation has not changed in the direction of Siversky. There is liquidation of the aftermath of the Russian occupation troops.
In Slobozhanshchina, in the town of Izyum, the enemy is conducting filtration activities and the forced removal of local residents to Russian territory.
In the temporarily occupied territories of the Kherson region combat operations continue. Around Novaya Kakhovka, the enemy has tightened the permit regime at checkpoints. The invaders resort to detaining civilians and forcing them to engineer positions. Cases of illegal seizure of vehicles from the population have increased.
"The Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to push back the enemy and liberate the temporarily occupied territories of the occupier," the report stresses.
