Polish Prime Minister Mateusz Morawiecki has proposed to set up a special international commission to investigate atrocities committed by the Russian occupants in Kyiv Region, in particular in Bucha. This was reported on Twitter by the Office of the Polish Prime Minister.
"Bucha, Irpen, Gostomel - the names of places that each of us will probably remember for life. The Russians have committed crimes of genocide. (...) The crime of genocide must be punished, it must be properly described, documented and judged. We propose to create an international commission to investigate this crime," Morawiecki said.
The prime minister added that this commission would include doctors, lawyers and other experts.
Premier @MorawieckiM w #KPRM: Zbrodnia ludobójstwa musi zostać ukarana, musi zostać we właściwy sposób opisana, udokumentowana i osądzona. Proponujemy powołanie międzynarodowej komisji do zbadania tej zbrodni.

We shall remind you that on 2 April, Mykhaylo Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Ukrainian presidential office, reported in his Twitter account about people shot dead with their hands tied in the streets of Bucha.
Also, dead bodies of civilians were found near a highway 20 km away from Kyiv. There were up to five dead naked women lying under a blanket, which the Russian barbarians tried to burn on the side of the road.
