Moreover, soldiers are writing resignation letters en masse.
Personnel of two battalion and tactical groups of the 4th Military Base of the 58th Combined Arms Army of the Southern Military District have refused to take part in combat operations on the territory of Ukraine. They are scheduled to return to their permanent deployment points.

The systematic violations of the requirements of the International Humanitarian Law on the conduct of war continue. Russian occupants continue to place weapons and military equipment in close proximity to residential infrastructure of settlements, conduct filtration activities in the temporarily occupied territories, commit violence against local residents, engage in looting and robbery.
"On the territory of Donetsk and Luhansk regions by defenders and defenders of Ukraine in the past 24 hours repulsed six enemy attacks, destroyed four tanks, six units of armored and seven units of automotive equipment of the enemy.
On the previous day the AFU air force hit eight aerial targets: two aircraft, one helicopter, one UAV and four cruise missiles. Aircraft of the AFU Air Force continued strikes against enemy training ranges, military equipment convoys and logistics centers.
