Local residents in the area of the oil depot in Belgorod region heard a series of loud explosions during the night, and the governor of Lipetsk region confirmed a fire at the Yelets power substation.
This substation powers Russian Railways' traction substations, the Stanova oil pumping station, and ensures the transit of energy between Lipetsk, Oryol, and Bryansk regions.
