Chairman of the Luhansk Regional State Administration Serhiy Gaidai reported in his Telegram that the Russians are targeting food depots in Severodonetsk.
"Several targeted enemy hits on food warehouses in Severodonetsk during the week. Another one was on March 25 in the evening. Fortunately, no one was injured. I'm sure it wasn't without a fire spotter. Another sign of the "Russian peace" is leaving civilians without food. They call this a "special operation".
However, there will be no humanitarian catastrophe in Luhansk Region. We are distributing food and everything necessary in basements and bomb shelters, evacuating people daily to safe regions of the country, and restoring communications as much as possible," the local chairman of the regional state administration said.
According to Sergei Haidai, patrol policemen and rescuers help to bring food. The latter delivered dozens of tons of water to Lysychansk and Zolote yesterday, they managed to power one of the pumping stations in Rubizhne and partially supply water to the city.
