The enemy will continue to suffer losses on Ukrainian soil, both technical and human.

More than 20 Russian military enterprises have suspended their work, the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine has reported.

According to the military, the military and political leadership of the aggressor country decided to adjust plans for further combat operations on the territory of Ukraine due to the fact that the goals set before the start of the war were not fulfilled in time.

"In the last two weeks, more than 20 enterprises of the military-industrial complex of the Russian Federation were forced to suspend their activities fully or partially due to the lack of component parts and parts," the General Staff of the Ukrainian Armed Forces said in a report.

In addition, the production of aviation missiles at the Russian research and production enterprise Vympel has been suspended.

At the same time, the Russian military leadership is tipping weapons and military equipment from military districts to the territory of Belarus and the temporarily occupied Crimea.

"The purpose is to carry out an attempt to prepare and implement offensive actions to cordon off the city of Kyiv," the General Staff adds.

The Muscovites are beginning to realize that the available forces and means are insufficient to maintain the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine and conduct defensive actions.
