On the night of March 20-21, Russian occupation troops stepped up and launched 58 artillery, mortar and multiple rocket launcher strikes. But they were unable to breach Kharkiv's defenses.
Oleg Sinegubov, head of the Kharkiv military administration, told the Kharkiv Times.
"Our military is holding the defense! As in previous days, thanks to the AFU, enemy aviation on Kharkiv has lost activity," said the head of the region.
He once again thanked the rescuers, who continue to dismantle the rubble and eliminate unexploded ammunition.
"For example, yesterday the miners of the State Emergency Situations Service deactivated an aircraft bomb FAB-500. We ask residents in any case do not try to disarm such ammunition on their own. If you notice an explosive object - immediately inform the rescuers," said the head of the region.
According to him, we are talking about the work on the return of six people - 5 drivers and 1 medical worker from the convoy, which was to bring help for the residents of Volchansk. Communication in the temporarily uncontrolled territory has broken down. Now everything possible is being done to find out all the circumstances and return our people.
