The International Committee of the Red Cross in Ukraine has promised to intensify the organization of humanitarian corridors for the evacuation of civilians from the hot spots of Ukraine. This was reported by the Telegram channel of the deputy head of the presidential office, Kyrylo Tymoshenko.
According to Timoshenko, Mariupol and other cities in Ukraine, which are terrorized daily by the occupiers, need urgent evacuation through green corridors and the delivery of humanitarian goods."The Red Cross is an important participant in these processes. On a permanent basis, an office of the organization began to work in Kiev, in other cities should also open such offices," said the deputy chairman of the OP.
He added that since the beginning of the war the Red Cross has already delivered 2 thousand tons of humanitarian aid to Ukraine.
