Russian occupiers fired on Wednesday at people standing in line for bread in Chernihiv, killing at least 10 people, Suspilne reported, citing its correspondent.
"In Chernihiv, Russian troops opened fire on people standing in line for bread in one of the city's sleeping quarters. This was reported by a correspondent of Suspilnyi from the scene. According to her, the shelling took place on March 16 around 10 a.m. At least 10 civilians were killed as a result of the shelling," the report said.
