Russian occupants kidnapped the mayor of Skadovsk, Kherson region, Alexander Yakovlev and the secretary of the city council, Yuri Palyukh. This was reported on Facebook by local activist Artem Kostyuchenko.
"Just now from Skadovsk city council the Russian military kidnapped Mayor Alexander Yakovlev and Yuri Palyukh. We gather in the central square at 12:00," he reported.
It should be noted that now there is a rally near the city council in Skadovsk. People are demanding the return of the official and chanting "Putin h*llo".
So far, there has been no official information about Yakovlev's kidnapping.
Russian occupants carried out a pogrom in the administrative building of the Buchan city council and took six employees and volunteers captive. This is reported in the information of the Buchan city council.
"On Tuesday evening, March 15, the Russian occupants carried out a pogrom in the administrative building of the Buchan city council and took captive our employees and volunteers, who to the last under shelling helped the residents of our city," the message reads.

"Leaving, the occupants threw away their passports and other documents. We ask the Office of the President of Ukraine, Iryna Vereshchuk, the Kyiv OVA, the Kyiv OSA to help in the release of our people", - appealed in the city council.
We note that in Mariupol the occupants took employees and patients of the hospital as hostages.
The AFU General Staff reported that facts of holding civilians hostage, looting the local population and looting have been recorded.
