Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba had a telephone conversation with U.S. Secretary of State Anthony Blinken to agree on further strengthening Ukraine's air defense capabilities and imposing new sanctions against Russia.
"Called Anthony Blinken to agree on further strengthening Ukraine's air defense capabilities, introducing new sanctions against Russia. Kudos to the U.S. for working on additional financial assistance for Ukraine. Russia must stop fighting to allow humanitarian corridors to open," he wrote on Twitter Thursday.
