The SBU states that the Russian Federation is going to conduct an information special operation. The main message is that the Ukrainian leadership and government have betrayed the country.
"But know this - it's a FAKE! Its purpose is to misinform, to sow panic, to break the faith of the citizens and to induce our troops to surrender.
But even in case of loss of communication and the possibility to check the reliability of the data, be sure: capitulation and surrender of the interests of Ukraine - is impossible!
The government of the country together with the people is confronting the Russian troops and is doing everything possible to liberate the Ukrainian territories from the occupiers. All authorities, troops, security and law enforcement agencies will stand until victory!
