"According to preliminary information, there is a hit in the building of the Kharkiv Regional State Administration, the opera theater, the Philharmonic and part of the residential area (mainly 4-5 storey apartment buildings)," the message says.
Subdivisions of the State Emergencies Service cannot be involved in the works in connection with the shelling.
"We ask Kharkiv citizens not to leave shelters, pray for our soldiers", - urged rescuers.
In the center of Kharkiv, the enemy struck in the vicinity of the OGA on Svobody Square. The enemy continues to shell civilians. Adviser to the Minister of Internal Affairs Anton Gerashchenko published a video of the consequences of the shelling.
