Drivers must avoid the lanes of public transport to allow the movement of military equipment, vehicles fast and special services. This especially applies to open bridge crossings (North and South).
There is also a humanitarian headquarters in Kiev. Everyone who cares is urged to join in this work. It is necessary to transport, help in packing and loading of products.
