Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov has said that as of today there are no strike groups for a full-scale offensive among the grouping of Russian troops that is on the border with Ukraine. He said this on the air of "Svoboda Slova" on ICTV.

"In order to make an attack, the Russian Armed Forces must form a so-called strike group. A strike grouping from the military point of view has several attributes. So so far, as of today, those 119,000 ground component and all the others have not formed strike groups in any of the places to launch an attack on Ukraine," Reznikov said.

At the same time, he did not rule out that the Russian Federation might take such steps later.

"They can form such strike groups at will and it will take approximately up to a month to do so. Therefore, our intelligence, all its types, comparing data with the intelligence of our strategic partners, assess all the facts all the same, we just give our assessment," the Minister stressed.

The head of the Defense Ministry recalled that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are now actively deploying the Forces of Terorozhnyy in accordance with the norms of the law "On the Basics of National Resistance".

He once again stressed that the Armed Forces are ready to fight back and urged citizens not to panic.
