NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg has said that the Alliance has given Russia a separate response to "security guarantees" in which it urged Moscow to withdraw troops from a number of countries. He said this during a briefing.
"Russia should refrain from aggressive actions and displays of hostility. Russia should withdraw its troops from Ukraine, Georgia and Moldova, where they are stationed without the consent of those countries. All countries must engage constructively, including within the framework of the Normandy format," he said.
Within the framework of this interaction, the NATO Secretary General called for increased transparency of communication between the countries.
"We are talking about speeches and briefings, we call for increased transparency, including with regard to space and cybersecurity," he summarized.
