The Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine failed to postpone the compulsory introduction of cash registers for FOPs for another year. The corresponding bill № 6376 could not even be included in the agenda because only 102 MPs supported this decision.
The document proposed to amend paragraph four of paragraph 61 subsection 10 section XX "Transitional Provisions" of the Tax Code of Ukraine, namely, to replace the number "2022" with "2023".
Thus, the terms of extended application of cash registers (cash registers) by single tax payers are not transferred to 2023, as today was the last plenary session of the Rada in 2021.
