A rally in support of Mikheil Saakashvili, which was scheduled for 11:00 local time in Kiev, did not take place.
Supporters of Mikheil Saakashvili, the third president of Georgia and chairman of the Executive Committee on Ukrainian Reform, were unable to gather.
The rally had been announced on social networking sites for several days. The rally was supposed to take place in front of the Georgian Embassy in Ukraine, but this morning, instead of gathering there, supporters took to the boulevard in a multi-car rally format.
To the journalists, who had gathered at the embassy, the protesters had announced that they would picket the administration of President Zelensky, but they did not show up there.
By this time, the additional police forces mobilized along with the embassy and the presidential administration had already disbanded.
