In connection with the deterioration of the situation with COVID-19 in Ukraine to distance learning is recommended to transfer higher education institutions, vocational and postgraduate education. This applies to institutions of all forms of ownership.

This is reported Telegram Minister of Education and Science Sergei Shkarleta.

«As the epidemiological situation with COVID-19 in the country is worsening, after appropriate consultations with the Ministry of Health, the MES recommends that institutions of vocational, higher, postgraduate education of all forms of ownership and areas of management introduce distance learning from October 25 to November 15,» said the minister.

As for the training at schools from next week, according to Shkarlet, it will be organized with regard to the epidemic situation in each individual region.

Note that in some regions schools have already gone on vacation, and in some they have just begun. For example, in Kiev schools it will not begin until tomorrow, October 23, and at the same time it may last longer. And schools in Odessa are already on distance learning.
