This was stated by the commander of the Special Operations Forces Grigory Galagan, reports RBC-Ukraine, referring to his interview with the Ukrainian Center for Security and Cooperation.

According to him, according to the law, the SDF is the key branch of the forces responsible for the preparation and organization of the resistance movement. They are given the right to provide social protection for people who take part, as well as to organize the very order of the resistance movement and the holding of certain events.

"Especially since we have almost 130 districts under the new zoning and no one guarantees the absence of the threat of invasion and further escalation by the Russian Federation.
