The OSCE Mission resumed its activities in Horlivka

The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission has resumed patrolling from its forward patrol base in Horlivka. This was reported in the OSCE SMM operational report of 19 October.

It is reported that the militants unblocked the territory of the base and opened the gates. The observers were able to leave its territory to carry out patrols and returned at 16:03 on October 18.

We shall remind you that the work of the OSCE mission was blocked demanding the release of a detained "LPR" militant.
