The Security Service of Ukraine has released a video of the interrogation of a militant detained in Donbas

The Security Service of Ukraine has released a video of the interrogation of Andriy Kosyak, a militant detained in Donbass – a militant of the so-called Luhansk People's Republic. According to the Ukrainian side, he conducted reconnaissance of the positions of the Armed Forces.

During interrogation, the man confirmed that he was an employee of the Joint Center for Coordination and Control of the Ceasefire Regime by the occupiers of the Luhansk People's Republic.

According to the SBU, Kosyak violated agreements within the TCG on the demarcation line near the Zolote checkpoint, as he was supposed to provide demining for the opening of the checkpoint.

The detainee is a member of one of the units of the 6th separate motorized rifle Cossack regiment named after Ataman Matviy Platov of the People's Militia of the Luhansk People's Republic. A native of Alchevsk, he is suspected of premeditated murder in 2010.

The SBU notes that in 2014 Kosyak joined the ranks of the Bryanka SSR gang, was later assigned to a mortar platoon and took an active part in resisting ATO / OOS forces. In particular, he fired mortars at the positions of the Ukrainian military in Popasna and Zolotoye.

When detained, the militant had a PM pistol with two magazines, a military ticket and a SCCC certificate. Note that the occupiers insist that the man was not armed.

The detainee was informed about the suspicion of creating illegal armed groups. The issue of choosing a precautionary measure is being resolved.
