The US Embassy in Kyiv posted on Facebook a warning about possible violence on the march of nationalists in the center of Kyiv.
«On October 14, at the same time as the Defender of Ukraine Day, far-right groups are planning a large march with the participation of perhaps several thousand people. Currently, the march is scheduled to begin at about 12:00 in Taras Shevchenko Park. It will move along Khreshchatyk Street with stops on Independence Square, the Alley of Heroes of the Heavenly Hundred and the President's Office on Bankova Street. Previous information and previous experience indicate the possibility of violence. Expect an intensive police presence and major traffic jams,» the statement said.
