About 30 supporters of the chairman of the executive committee of the National Reform Council of Ukraine, former Georgian President Mikheil Saakashvili, picketed the Georgian embassy in Ukraine demanding the release of its leader detained in Georgia.
The protesters came to the embassy building in Kyiv with the state flags of Georgia and Ukraine, the symbols of Saakashvili's New Forces Movement. Protesters chanted «Freedom to Mikhail!», «Freedom to Saakashvili!».
