As of today, October 1, all hospitals will be registered exclusively with data entry into the e-health system. Nevertheless, no information relating to confidential medical data, including diagnoses, is transmitted to the Electronic Register of Incapacity for Work. This was stated by Health Minister Viktor Lyashko in a comment to journalists.
"I want to emphasize that we took care of the protection of patients' personal data. Therefore, to the Electronic Register of Leaves Incapacity for work does not provide any information on sensitive medical data, in particular on diagnoses, "he said.
Check in detail the data that the doctor enters in the medical report;
make sure that you receive an SMS message with the number of this report, which is specified in the electronic health care system;
receive an SMS message from the Pension Fund with the number of the incapacity list,
inform the employer in any convenient way about the hospital stay;
in case of change of any personal data it is necessary to inform in advance about it to the employer and the attending physician;
Inform the doctor at the beginning of the illness about already opened sick leaves,
in case of an error in the created medical report, it is necessary to contact the doctor who created it. The doctor, in turn, can make changes within 7 days.
At the same time, when applying for e-hospital doctors, it is important to pay attention to the fact that e-hospitals are not issued in 4 cases:
extension and closure of sick leaves issued before October 1,
expiration of the period during which the attending physician may make changes to the medical certificate of temporary incapacity; in this case, the decision to issue a sick leave is made by the LCC, and in its absence, the head of the institution; in such cases, the uninsured person is issued a certificate on the form 147 / о,
technical problems (errors) in the transfer of data between ERLN and ESOZ, which lead to the impossibility of forming an electronic certificate of incapacity for more than seven days from the date of medical
Also from today, medical reports will be formed with the category "Pregnancy and childbirth" and for patients diagnosed with particularly sensitive nosologies: HIV / AIDS and mental disorders.
