The delay in American aid has led to "real consequences" on the battlefield in Ukraine. This was stated by NATO Secretary General Jens Stoltenberg on the air of the American TV channel MSNBC.

"The delay has led to real consequences, Russia has had much more ammunition for months, Ukrainians are experiencing a shortage of artillery shells in the ratio of 1 to 5 and even 1 to 10 depending on the section of the front line. We see that fewer and fewer Russian missiles and drones are being shot down due to the lack of air defense systems," Stoltenberg said.

In his opinion, the new package from the USA "will help them shoot down Russian missiles, hold the front line and deliver deep strikes on Russian military facilities."
