President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky arrived in Donetsk region. He visited wounded Ukrainian defenders and inspected the construction of fortifications. Zelensky reported this on Facebook.

Zelensky visited military personnel who are undergoing treatment in the medical company of the 95th Separate Airborne Assault Brigade. The President talked to the soldiers and awarded them with state awards.

"Thank you for your service and defense of Ukraine! Our country is proud to have such warriors. We appreciate the work of our medics. Thank you for making every effort for the lives of our soldiers, for treating our fighters and serving Ukraine," the head of state said.
