President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky will visit Turkey today, March 8. He will meet with Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan. This was reported by the Office of the President.

The Presidential Office confirmed that Zelensky will come to Turkey. At the meeting with Erdogan, the head of state will discuss the peace formula, the peace summit, Black Sea navigation, food stability, and the release of Ukrainian prisoners and political prisoners.

Special attention will also be paid to joint projects in the defense industry.

"Volodymyr Zelensky will visit the shipyards where the construction of corvettes for the Ukrainian Navy is underway and meet with representatives of Turkish defense companies," the statement said.
