Security agreement with the USA can be signed after the allocation of aid to Ukraine - Kuleba

Ukraine expects the US to make a decision on extending the aid. After that, a security agreement can be signed. This was stated by Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba.

"Chairs in the evening, money in the morning... That is, first money, then signing," he noted.

The Foreign Minister added that the security agreement contains specifics. Therefore, such an agreement can be signed when the United States knows what resource it is operating with.

"These agreements on guarantees are very specific. They specify amounts, specific things that the parties of this agreement will work on. And the United States will be able to conclude this agreement when it has a clear understanding of the resource at its disposal. That's the logic," Kuleba said.

The Minister emphasized that Ukraine has no doubt that such an agreement will be signed with the United States.
