Zelensky suggested that Duda and Tusk meet at the border: We must not delay it

President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky addressed the government and President of Poland Andrzej Duda amid Polish protests. This was announced by the President of Ukraine.

Zelensky instructed the Ukrainian government to go to the border with Poland as soon as possible, namely by February 24.

"And I ask you, Donald, Mr. Prime Minister (Donald Tusk, Prime Minister of Poland, - ed.), to come to the border as well. Andrzej, Mr. President, I ask you to support this dialogue. This is national security. We must not delay it. The coming days give us a chance to do this," the president emphasized.

He noted that he is ready to be at the border next to Ukrainian government officials.

"I want to appeal to the European Commission: we must preserve unity in Europe. This is a fundamental interest of the European Union. That is why Ukraine is appealing to the European Commission to have a representative of the European Commission take part in this meeting," Zelensky added.
