Zelensky has already arrived in Berlin

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has already arrived in Berlin. He will meet with German Chancellor Olaf Scholz for talks.


"Two important days are ahead. We have meetings with partners in Germany and France, new agreements and participation in the Munich Security Conference. A new security architecture for Ukraine, new opportunities. We are doing everything to end the war as soon as possible on fair Ukrainian terms and ensure a lasting peace," the President said.

Zelensky is expected to visit the Federal Chancellery to meet with Scholz at 12 p.m., and a security agreement is expected to be signed shortly thereafter. Afterward, Zelensky and Scholz will hold a press conference.


Then Zelensky will meet with German President Frank-Walter Steinmeier.


In the evening, Zelensky is scheduled to travel to Paris, where he intends to sign a second security agreement with French President Emmanuel Macron.
