The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has allowed the round-the-clock operation of territorial recruitment and social support centers (TCCs). Taras Melnychuk, a representative of the Cabinet of Ministers in the Verkhovna Rada, said on Telegram that the decision adopted at a government meeting on Friday amended the regulation on territorial recruitment and social support centers.
It is noted that amendments have been made to the regulation on TCCs, which provide for the right of these centers to consider cases of administrative offenses around the clock and apply administrative penalties, as well as organize medical and psychological examinations of conscripts and reservists.
As part of the amendments, the TCCs will also keep records of conscripts, persons liable for military service and reservists, as well as records of vehicles transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations during mobilization and wartime.
