President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyі dismissed the head of the Gostomel settlement military administration. Earlier, corruption schemes were exposed there.

 On June 5, the Bureau of Economic Security reported that it had uncovered schemes of embezzlement of budget money by officials of the Gostomel settlement military administration.

 According to the investigation, in the period 2022-2023, officials signed a number of contracts for repair work to eliminate the consequences of hostilities and the arrangement of shelters. It turned out that she concluded contracts with controlled companies and at inflated prices.

 BEB notes that funds allocated from the budget were transferred to the accounts of fictitious companies whose offices are in Vinnytsia, and later the money was withdrawn in cash.

 According to the information of the detectives, the amount of damage caused to the state is more than 5 million hryvnias.

 It will be recalled that the mayor of Kyiv, Vitaliy Klitschko, dismissed the KMDA official who visited the restaurant during the curfew. We are talking about the former director of the cultural heritage protection department of the KMDA Oleksandr Nikoryak.
