The President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, appointed Oleg Kiper, who previously headed the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office, as the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration. This is reported in the text of Presidential Decree No. 312/2023 dated May 30.
"To appoint Kiper Oleg Oleksandrovych as the head of the Odesa Regional State Administration," the text of the decree reads.
Kiper Oleg Oleksandrovych was appointed to the position of head of the Kyiv City Prosecutor's Office on September 11, 2020.
He was born in 1980 in the village of Tymkove, Kodim district, Odesa region. In 2002, he graduated from the Odesa National Law Academy, majoring in "Jurisprudence". He started working in the prosecutor's office in 2001. Honored lawyer of Ukraine. Doctor of Law.
Odesa Regional State Administration has been without a leader since mid-March. Then Maksym Marchenko was dismissed from his post.
