On Monday afternoon, the Russian military shelled the Kherson region, as a result of which 9 people were injured, including a child and the headman of the Antoniv district.

"A 67-year-old woman and a 42-year-old man were injured as a result of the shelling of Antonivka. They were hospitalized. The woman has multiple shrapnel injuries to her head, chest and abdomen." RMA informs that the doctors are doing everything possible to save her life," the message reads.
Later it became known that the victim is the headman of the Antoniv district, Serhiy Ivashchenko, and the woman, whom the doctors are trying to save, is his co-worker.
During the day, the Russian military shelled Stanislav. Six people were injured there. In addition, the Russians dropped bombs on Kizomys, houses were destroyed.
"Five wounded were taken to the Bilozer hospital by the military. There they were given medical assistance and sent home. Among them is a 9-year-old child. The boy received mine-explosive injuries and head injuries. Now the child's life is not in danger. One injured woman, a 47-year-old woman, was hospitalized in Kherson in a moderate condition," the message reads.
As of 4:10 p.m., the Kherson Regional Prosecutor's Office reported 9 victims.
"Three - as a result of shelling of settlements in the Kherson and Beryslav districts, six - as a result of an airstrike on the Stanislavsk community, where an enemy projectile hit the village council building. "Private houses, farm buildings, gas pipelines and power lines were damaged in the Stanislavsk community," the report says.
Russia regularly bombards Kherson, which was liberated from occupation by the Ukrainian Armed Forces in the fall of 2022. The region is still illegally included in the Constitution of the Russian Federation.
