The regime of Russian dictator Vladimir Putin is a laughing stock. The Russian Federation no longer poses a military threat to peace. This was stated by the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs and Communications Kyrylo Budanov in an interview with ABC News.
Regarding the future of Russia, he said that there are several scenarios, but the message is clear: "You should not be afraid of the transformation of Russia. It will only benefit the whole world."
"Putin's regime is a laughing stock for everyone," Budanov said, adding that Russian troops are practically forced to defend the temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, but not for long.
"Russia is no longer a military threat to the world, it's just a fiction," said the head of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine.
According to Budanov, the only problem that remains is Russia's nuclear arsenal "and an uncontrolled regime", which will lead to the fact that "the whole world is aware of the need for denuclearization of Russia or at least international control over its nuclear arsenal."
"A terrorist country that attacks everyone with a nuclear bat and threatens is not a regime that has the moral or political right to control weapons of mass destruction," Budanov concluded.
