Russian President's Spokesman Dmytro Peskov said that despite the Russian Federation's return to the "grain agreement", a decision on whether it will be extended in November has not yet been made, rosZMI reports.

 "By the 19th, before making a decision on the extension, of course, it will be necessary to give a general assessment of the effectiveness of the implementation of the agreement, an assessment of how all sides of the agreements were implemented, and then come to some decisions," Peskov said.

 According to him, the topic of extending the agreement will still have to be discussed officially.
