British Defense Minister Ben Wallace refused to fight for the position of prime minister, but made it clear that he would support Boris Johnson's candidacy. This is reported by Sky News.

 According to him, he will not put forward his candidacy.

 "As far as I'm concerned, I feel that I can make the greatest contribution to keeping people safe in defense by being Secretary of Defense. That's the job I've done and that's the job I intend to continue to do. That's why I'm not going to run for premier "Prime Minister. Minister," Wallace noted.

 He also emphasized that at the moment he is leaning towards supporting Boris Johnson. It should be noted that Wallace became the second minister in office to speak out for the return of the former leader of the Conservative Party.
