Russian President Vladimir Putin personally insisted on the extradition of Viktor Medvedchuk. He has already been sent from Turkey to Russia. This was stated by the President of Turkey, Recep Tayyip Erdogan, reports Anadolu.

 

 "200 people are under our control. President Putin particularly insisted on one (Medvedchuk). We have already sent him to Russia," the Turkish leader said.

 

 The head of the Turkish state also emphasized that those released as part of the prisoner exchange action are "guests of Turkey."
