Putin is experiencing difficulties - Biden reacted to the mobilization in the Russian Federation

The White House believes that the announcement of mobilization in Russia is a sign that Russian President Vladimir Putin is experiencing difficulties. This was stated by the coordinator of strategic communications in the National Security Council of the White House, John Kirby, writes CNN.

According to him, the number of people they want to mobilize in the Russian Federation is significant and it is almost twice as much as was involved by Russia at the beginning of the full-scale invasion of Ukraine.

"This is definitely a sign that he (Putin) is struggling and we know he has suffered tens of thousands of casualties. He has terrible morale, unit cohesion on the battlefield, command and control is still not resolved. He has problems with 'Defection' , and he forces the wounded back into battle. So obviously human resources is an issue for him," Kirby said.

He also emphasized that the US takes seriously the threats of the leader of the aggressor country to use nuclear weapons and will change its plans in accordance with the strategic position of the Russian Federation.
