Two power units were re-connected to the system at the ZNPP

On Friday, September 2, power unit No. 5 of the Zaporizhzhya NPP was again connected to the network - it was disconnected on Thursday morning as a result of mortar fire by the Russian occupiers of the ZNPP site. This was reported by the press service of Energoatom.

 

 The power unit was connected to the grid at 1:10 p.m., and power is being added.

 

 "Currently, two power units are operating at the station, which produce electricity for the needs of Ukraine. No malfunctions of equipment and safety systems were observed," Energoatom emphasized, reports Ukrrudprom.
