The solution to the food crisis in the world is impossible without the return of Ukraine's food and Russia's fertilizers to the world market. To do this, the war in Ukraine "must end now. UN Secretary-General António Guterres said this during a press conference after meeting with Swedish Prime Minister Magdalena Andersson.

"The war must end now," he said, noting that the war in Ukraine "creates suffering and devastation."

According to the secretary general, Ukrainian food production and Russian fertilizer production must return to the world market.

Guterres also called for quick solutions to the food crisis that may arise as a result of the war and, above all, affect developing countries.
