Zelensky said how he sees the victory of Ukraine and the "minimum plan"

Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that he would consider the full restoration of the territorial integrity of Ukraine a victory, and the "minimum plan" - the return of the territories that Russia occupied after February 24.

He said this in an interview with the Dutch NOS.

"Ukraine will definitely win this war. The question is at what price, and the question of time," Zelensky said when asked what he thinks about the optimistic expectations of Ukrainians.

He said that for him, Ukraine's victory in the war would be the return of all occupied territories, including Crimea and ORLO, but noted that Ukraine is unlikely to achieve this goal entirely on the battlefield.

"I do not believe that by military means we can restore our entire territory. If we decide to go that way, we will lose hundreds of thousands of people. We must at least go back to the 24th (February - ed.), and after that we can talk about defending our territory through diplomacy. What I mean is that we can fight the Russian Federation, but not to the last man. If they don't care - I care. If we get back on the line on the 24th - I'm sure Russia will sit down at the negotiating table. We are not ready to give up either Crimea or Donbass to the Russian Federation, we will never admit it," said Volodymyr Zelensky.

He also hinted that he sees no way to make progress in negotiations if they are not held personally with Vladimir Putin.

"The issue is that there is no one to negotiate with. He has built such a state that no one decides anything there. So it doesn't matter what their foreign minister says, it doesn't matter that he sends some negotiating team, these people are nobody, unfortunately," the president said.

When asked when Ukraine would be ready to negotiate, Zelensky replied "even now".
