Arestovich: there will be no compromises by surrendering Ukrainian territory

There will be no compromise with the Russian Federation and its occupation of a part of Ukraine for "appeasement" - the occupiers must completely leave our country.

This was stated on the air of Channel 24 by the adviser of the head of the OP Oleksiy Arestovich. The adviser also added that there should be no talk of any reconciliation with the enemy now.

"The only option for reconciliation is a Russian surrender, the withdrawal of troops and talk about compensation. This is the principled position of the state leadership," Arestovich said.

He stressed that these are the conditions not only of the President and the country's leadership, but also of diplomats, as well as Ukraine's international partners - the United States and Britain.

"Dreamers in Europe have time to imagine how ambiguous everything is, but none of this will happen, except for the military defeat of Russia and the throwing out of Ukraine of all enemy soldiers," the adviser added.

According to the adviser to the OP head, some countries want to repeat the Minsk agreements, including calling for a cease-fire at all costs.

"There will be no option where we let the Russians stay here. Individual countries may try to negotiate, but we see the varied processes going on in Europe. They will be hesitant at times, because this is the European school of politics," said Arestovich.

The advisor also noted that there could be a certain game on a trilateral level between Russia, France and Germany. This, according to Arestovich, is a strange position.
