The occupation "authorities" are taking measures to prepare for the "incorporation" of the seized territories of Ukraine into Russia. The enemy has already begun preparations to issue their passports. This was reported by the speaker of the Ministry of Defense Alexander Motuzyanik during a briefing.
"Russian civil-military administrations are carrying out activities to prepare for the integration of the occupied territories into Russia. This includes: changes in the administrative-territorial division; adaptation of the law enforcement, banking and border systems to Russian legislation; preparation of the legal framework for issuing Russian passports, etc.," he said.
