Russian President Vladimir Putin and Belarusian President o had a meeting today, during which the Russian President said that the "special operation" in Ukraine was going according to plan.

Putin also spoke about the negotiations between Ukraine and Russia. According to him, they are now at a standstill, reports NV. 

"Kyiv has walked away from the agreements reached at the talks between the parties in Istanbul and has returned to a stalemate," Putin said.

He also added that yesterday, April 11, he was reported about allegedly new changes in Kyiv's negotiating positions. However, he did not disclose any details about this.
